My desire to help others grow and reach their full potential. This is what led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 18 years working in both Corporate America and for the Federal Government. I have led teams ranging in size from 2 people to around 1300. In recent years I have also started businesses.
No matter the position, employee or business owner, I have personally used theses tools to first lead and develop myself and then to increase productivity and draw out the best performance of the teams I've led and been associated with. I've come to understand that these leadership skills have to become a lifestyle for both personal and professional achievement.
I firmly believe that you can only impart to others what you exemplify. As the Law of the picture teaches us, people do what people see. Therefore we must learn to lead ourselves first which sets the example to those we lead and who lead us.

It is my desire to add value to you and/or your organization by helping you to reach your purpose, potential, and goals through an intentional process of growth.
